Palanpur: Police arrested a person Jesangbhai Rajsangbhai Karen and his aide Amratji Bharaji Thakor under the animal cruelty act. The accused had tied a cow with tractor with the help of roap and dragged it cruelly on the ground. A video clip of their crime had gone viral in the district.

The incident happened in Gadh village near Palanpur. The accused were on tractor. They had tied a cow through roap with tractor. They were dragging it on the ground. A cow could be seen in video raising her head repeatedly in attempt to free herself, but she couldn’t, as she was tied with a tractor.

As a video went viral, police came into action and reached accused Jesung and Amratji Thakor through RTO registration number of tractor – GJ09AF1025.

Some youths who were playing cricket on the ground close to Chamunda Mandir had captured the crime in video and made it viral. DeshGujarat
