Ahmedabad: Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd., a Special Purpose Vehicle of Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC), on behalf of AMC has invited Expression of Interest for Real Estate
and/or Recreational Development for 49 foot print areas with maximum permissible building height ranging from minimum 25 to highest 92.4 meters on Sabarmati Riverfront.

Due date for Expression Of Interest submission has been mentioned as February 20, 2021 in the document.

SRFDCL has stated that it looks forward to witness green, efficient & technologically driven development from developers to add to its sustainable vision. The building footprint areas are in size in range of 1280 sq.m to 6100 sq m. Built up areas will be in range of 6,328 sqm to 1,13,276 sqm.

SRFDCL has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), International Property Consultants, for providing consultancy services for Preparing Land Monetization Strategy and Sale/Auction of Development Rights of Built‐Up Area of the plots in SRFD Project area.
