Maninagar: Sarsanghchalak (chief) of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Shri Mohan Bhagwat today unfurled national tricolor at RSS headquarters here. Shri Bhagwat also delieverd a short address on this occasion. Shri Bhagwat arrived in the city last evening from Rajkot. His visit will end in the evening on January 28th.

Shri Bhagwat in his address said, ‘we should remember what should happen in the country. Supreme Court has said in one verdict that four main objectives in preamble of constitution must not be changed ever. The preamble of constitution never changes. There’s exception however. Two words were added later(secularism and socialism). The constitution has mention of rights of the citizens as well as their duties. There’s a guidance on how our nation should go ahead. Everyone should get copy of constitution and read the four objectives mentioned in it.’

He said, ‘There’s a system, a constitution, the governments in the State and in the Centre and laws for functioning of the nation, but at the end who actually runs a country? It all depends on the quality, efforts and determination of the people.’
