Gandhinagar: Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel today announced launching of a mobile application for upcoming State budget he will present next week on March 2. Patel said, the budget will be available in English and Gujarat both languages. He said the mobile application will be available on Google Play store for Android users. Patel said this initiative will save Rs. 55 lakh stationary cost. He said out of 73 publication related to budget, only 20 per cent publications will be printed. It’s worth noting that the budget is anyway made available on the website of Finance department of Gujarat government every year. The website can be also accessed on mobile phones.
