3rd day of Budget session to witness introduction of non-Govt bills

Gandhinagar: On the third day of ongoing budget session of Gujarat Assembly, opposition MLA Punjabhai Vansh will lead government’s attention over capture of 3 fishing boats and 18 fishermen by Pakistan off Gujarat coast near International Maritime Boundary Line. A discussion on Governor’s address will take place during the day.
Opposition and ruling party MLAs will move non-Government bills, among which Virji Thumar will move bill proposing waiver of expenses on long-term diseases, Imran Khedawala will move a bill proposing payment of allowance to jobless people, MLA Arvind Patel will propose Gujarat Smart Cities Development Authority bill. MLA Naresh Patel will propose a bill for compulsory registration of care taker of old persons. MLA Imran Khedawala will propose a bill for guarantee of employment. MLA Purnesh Modi will propose a bill for Gujarat Pilgrim Area Development Authority.
