Valsad to observe 10-day voluntary lockdown; Panic buying starts

Valsad: Voluntary lockdown has been announced from April 20 to 30 in Valsad district of South Gujarat to break the chain of Corona, said district collector RR Raval adding that essential services will remain open. He said, the decision of this voluntary effort has been taken by leading people of the district, local organizations, MLAs, Doctors’ Association, Traders’ Associations in meeting with the administration. The district was already observing Sunday lockdown. Meanwhile, after announcement of 10-day lockdown, common people have started panic buying making the situation worse. DeshGujarat
