A newly elected Gujarat BJP MLA takes oath; party strength in assembly 112

Gandhinagar: Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has now 112 seats in 182-seat State assembly in Gujarat. Nimishaben Suthar, party candidate who won Morva Hadaf seat in by-election took oath today as Member of Legislative Assembly. The party had won 99 seats in year 2017 general elections of State assembly. In less than four years, the party has increased its tally to 112 by winning by-elections. Gujarat will go for general elections of State Assembly again in the next year-end. DeshGujarat
