Five district libraries to be developed as Smart libraries: Gujarat govt

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has taken a decision to develop five district libraries run by Government as Smart Libraries and allocated Rs. one crore for each at Ahmedabad, Vadoara, Rakot, Mahesana and Junagadh. The libraries will be facilitated with wifi network, RFID system, computers, audio visual, CCTV, latest furniture, fire system, refreshment zone etc additions. DeshGujarat
