Waiver on property tax, fix charges in electricity bills for more entities in Gujarat

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has taken a decision to grant property tax waiver to movie theaters, multiplexes and gymnasiums across the State for one year period between 1st April 2021 and 31st March 2022. Movie theaters, multiplexes and gymnasiums will also get waiver on fix charges in electricity bills and they will be charged only for actual usage of electricity. These decisions have been taken in a core group meeting of the State government on Covid-19 pandemic chaired by Chief Minister.
