Gandhinagar: Gujarat has reported 262 fresh cases of Covid19 in 24 hours against 776 recoveries and 5 deaths.

The State has now 7,230 active covid-19 cases.

In a day over 2.55 lakh persons were vaccinated, taking the total number of doses administered further up at over 2.15 crore.

Among cities and districts, Ahmdabad city reported 42 fresh cases followed by Surat city – 21, Rajkot city 19, Gir Somnath – 16, Surat district 16, Vadodara city 15, Junagadh district – 12, Vadodara district -10 and Junagadh city – 9 among others. DeshGujarat
