Gandhinagar: Gujarat reported 138 fresh cases of Covid-19 infection in 24 hours ending at 5 pm today against 487 recoveries and 3 deaths. The recovery rate in covid cases in the State has gone up at 98.20 per cent in latest in the State.

The State has now 4,807 active covid cases.

Among the cities and district, the city of Ahmedabad reported 29 fresh cases followed by Surat city – 20, Surat district – 11, Junagadh – 8, Rajkot city – 8, Vadodara district – 8, Vadodara city – 8 among other places.

Total over 4.48 lakh persons were vaccinated in a day taking up the total number of doses administered across the State so far to over 2.34 crore.
