Lady cop, police driver held in Rs. 5,000 bribe case in Jamnagar

Jamnagar: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has nabbed a lady Police Sub Inspector and a police driver in Rs. 5,000 bribe case at Mahila Police Station in Jamnagar.
Accused UR Bhatt, a lady police sub inspector and Divyarajsinh Zala, an Armed Lok Rakshak (Driver), both are class-3 servants of the State government, working at Mahila Police Station in Jamnagar.
They had allegedly demanded Rs. 5,000 bribe from a complainant who had filed complaint regarding kidnap of his wife’s sister.
As a complainant didn’t want to pay bribe, he contacted ACB, following which a trap was arranged and accused cops were nabbed while taking bribe. DeshGujarat
