Daman: ED (Enforcement Directorate) raided Radha Madhav Corporation Limited (RMCL) premises in union territory Daman, directors of which are accused of swindling Rs. 20,000 crore by duping around 53 lakh people.
RMCL owner Anil Agrawal’s son Mitesh Agrawal has allegedly cheated people through networking and chit funds. ED raided their home and office and confiscated documents and digital records of the company on Friday.
ED was unable to conduct an inquiry of the father and son as both of them are out of Daman from the last five days. Mitesh Agrawal had enticed the people by saying that the invested money will be doubled and collected at-least 2.25 lakh rupees from each victim. RMCL was started in 2014 and they credited money during the initial 2-3 months and stopped it later. DeshGujarat
