Danta – Ambaji four lane highway, View Point at Trishuliya Ghat inaugurated

Ambaji: Formerly a risky and accident prone stretch of Danta – Ambaji highway in North Gujarat has been recently converted to four-lane at a cost of Rs. 120 crore with added provision of a view point at Trishuliya Ghat.
Inaugurating an expanded, corrected and improved highway road stretch and a view point, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel who also holds portfolio of Roads and Buildings department today said that this road was approved three years ago by the State government. He said Trishuliya Ghat was infamous for number of fatal accidents but now with four laning of this stretch is safer.
He said the government has in North Gujarat made four lane roads connecting Ambaji to Ahmedabad, Deesa, Palanpur and Himmatnagar.
