Gandhinagar: Two new flyovers at Sargasan and Info-city (GH-0) in Gandhinagar will be dedicated to mark ‘Vikas Diwas’ on 7th August.

The Sargasan overbridge on SG Highway connecting Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad is ready and the work of the info-city overbridge is near complete as of now. The orders are given for completion of info-city overbridge by August 7, the inauguration day. The Roads and Buildings Department is making efforts to complete the work of the info-city overbridge soon as per government’s instructions and multiple teams and machineries are employed for the same on round the clock basis.

The dammar work and street light fitting on the Sargasan overbridge is completed and it is fully prepared to be dedicated. The commuters willing to go to Prantij, Himmatnagar, Sabarkantha, Rajasthan via Chiloda after descending from Sargasan flyover will be able to directly reach CH road or J road by passing through Info-city flyover.

Vikas Divas is going to be marked as part of a nine-day celebration on completion of five years of Vijay Rupani and Nitin Patel led government.
