Rupani to virtually dedicate RUDA ring-road 2 in Rajkot

Rajkot: Gujarat CM Vijaybhai Rupani will virtually dedicate RUDA ring-road 2 of Rajkot from Pal Chokdi to Gondal Highway built at cost of Rs 17.57 crores on 8th August 2021.
Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) and Rajkot Urban Development Authority (RUDA) will jointly organise a program on ‘Shaheri-Jan Sukhakari Divas’ to be observed on 8th August 2021 in Pramukh Swami Auditorium, Rajkot for foundation stone laying, dedication and granting checks for various development works. The program will be organised at 9.45 AM in virtual presence of CM Vijaybhai Rupani, State Home Minister Pradipsinh Jadeja and president of Gujarat Municipal Finance Board Dhansukh Bhanderi.
The construction of the road of 6.2 kms from Pal chokdi to Gondal Highway was done at a cost of Rs 8.11 crores and the construction of one bridge on it was done at cost of Rs 7.64 crores and another bridge at Rs 1.82 crores. Thus, the entire construction of this road along with two bridges was done at a total cost of Rs 17.57 crores. The road will facilitate easy transportation from Kalavad Road to Gondal Road. This road can be used as a bypass way to Gondal, Kalavad, Jamnagar and Morbi and it will provide connectivity to Shapar Veraval Industrial association and Metoda GIDC. DeshGujarat
