ACB Gujarat nabs Mamlatdar office clerk in Rs. 2,500 bribe case

Kutch: Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has nabbed a clerk (class-3) of Mamlatdar Office in Bhachau in Kutch district in a bribe case of Rs 2500.
The accused clerk Piyushbhai Varmora had allegedly asked for a bribe of Rs 2500 from the complainant to issue a solvency certificate to him. The complainant had submitted all the documents required for getting a solvency certificate to the accused.
The complainant contacted ACB as he was not willing to pay the bribe. ACB found the accused accepting a bribe of Rs 2500 during execution of a trap. The accused clerk is detained. DeshGujarat
