Gujarat Police to hold camps for recruitment of horses

Palanpur: Gujarat Police has planned recruitment camps to induct 131 new horses for its equestrian force. Such camps will be organized at 13 places across the state in upcoming months of September and October.

One such camp is scheduled at Palanpur police headquarter on 1st September, while the other is scheduled at Patan Police Headquarter on 2nd September from 8 AM.

Mounted Police force of Gujarat Police plans to buy horses between 4 to 7 years of age, belonging to Arbi, Kathiawadi, Marwadi and standard breeds from various horse keepers in these camps.

The analysis of blood samples of the selected horses will be done before their purchase. DeshGujarat
