Surat: CCTV footage of some people beating up Gyandip Swami of Swaminarayan sect in Surat has come to light after he allegedly gave a false description of a Hindu goddess.

Several people had got agitated due to Gyandip Swami allegedly conveying a false description of the history of a Hindu goddess and they protested regarding the same. Some people beating him can be seen in the CCTV footage. Gyandip Swami apologized and deleted his video following the same.

Gyandip Swami was describing the history of Junagadh king Ra Mandlik in which he allegedly gave a false description about a Hindu goddess Nagbai. DeshGujarat
