Surat: Police in Surat has nabbed one Mohammad Irfan Kureshi, a boy who threw burning crackers at petrol pump. A video clip of Kureshi’s this act has gone viral meanwhile. The incident is serious in nature because this could actually blow up the pump and result into grave situation. DeshGujarat

The incident had taken place at a petrol pump in Piplod area of city. A complaint was filed by petrol pump’s manager in Umra police station Motilal Chaudhary (33).

The incident had taken place at around 5.45 pm on 1st November. Two boys had come to petrol pump on two-wheeler. A pillion rider had threw crackers in forecourt area based dispenser number – 3. When checked in CCTV, moped’s RTO registration number was noticed as GJ – 05 – FV – 6662.

The accused was traced and identified as Mohammad. He was picked up by police. DshGujarat
