Surat: A man allegedly raped a 14-year old Hindu girl repeatedly in her house in Khergam. Victim girl’s family has filed a complaint against the accused at Khergam police station under POCSO.

Accused Hussain Vohra who has been arrested by police had allegedly befriended the 14-year old Hindu girl living in Khergam with her family by giving his name ‘Lalu’ following which both had shared mobile-phone numbers. The victim Hindu girl later learnt that the accused is a Muslim man through his Instagram ID and denied to continue their relation. So, the accused intimidated her by arriving at her home with a knife and forced to continue the relation. The accused repeatedly raped the minor girl at her home in absence of her parents.

The accused had arrived at her home at evening on 20th November with a knife and threatened her family by saying that he is willing to marry the girl and he will kill them with the knife if it doesn’t happen. DeshGujarat
