ACB Gujarat traps Dy Chief Ticket Inspector, another Railway staffer in Rajdhani Express in bribe case

Gandhinagar: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat has nabbed an Assistant Helper (Electrician) working in Rajdhani Express train and Deputy Chief Ticket Inspector working with Western Railway in Ahmedabad division in Rs. 1500 bribe case.
According to ACB, it had received information that TTs, TCs, RPF jawans, Railway Police’s officials and employees seek bribe from passengers who travel without ticket in exchange of free them from any action.
Working on this information, ACB arranged a decoy trap during which accused assistant helper (electrician) Rupeshgiri Goswami and another accused Dy Chief Ticket Inspector Kamlesh Sharma took Rs. 500 from each of three passengers including one decoyer of ACB for permitting travel without ticket to Mahesana-Palanpur.
