Gandhinaar: Gujarat has reported 45 fresh cases of coronavirus infection in 24 hours period against recovery of 26 covid patients across the State and one death in Anand. The State reported 293 active cases. Among new cases reported in cities, Ahmedabad recorded 11 fresh cases, Vadodara – 5, Gandhinagar and Surat 4 each, Rajkot – 2, Bhavnagar and Jamnagar – 1 each. Among districts, Bharuch reported 7 fresh cases, Kutch – 3, Navsari and Valsad – 2 each, Anand, Bhavnagar and Kheda – 1 each. Over 4.26 lakh doses of covid vaccines were administered in a day, taking the total count statewide so far above 8.14 crore. These details were shared by the State health department. DeshGujarat
