Vadodara: The police have filed a crime against three persons including the Managing Trusty of Oasis NGO, her husband and the victim girl’s friend in the gangrape case of Vadodara.

The crime-branch has filed a crime against the Managing Trusty of Oasis Priti Shah, her husband Sanjiv Shah and the co-ordinator of trust and the victim’s friend and mentor Vaishnavi Tapariya under IPC Section 176 and 202.

The victim had informed about the incident to her friend Vaishnavi. Vaishnavi had conveyed the same to the Managing Trusty Priti Shah and her husband Sanjiv Shah. Though they didn’t inform the police or the mother of the victim. The police commissioner has handed over the investigation against the oasis institute to the crime branch after the allegations from persons including the victim’s parents and Paschim Vibhag Hit Rakshak Samiti.
