Vadodara roads are cattle free after a cattle rearer jailed under PASA: Patil

Vadodara: State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president CR Patil said in a public function here on Sunday that the roads of Vadodara have become cattle free after a cow keeper was sent to jail under PASA (Prevention of Anti-Social Activities) Act.
The function was held in the presence of CM Bhupendra Patel. The Vadodara municipal corporation had caught 1,065 cattle in October month, and 744 cattle in November. A total 2231 cattle have been caught so far after the start of the campaign. A revenue of Rs 12.38 lakh is generated from penalty after releasing 272 cattle out of the same. DeshGujarat
