Gandhinagar: Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders including Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and State party chief CR Patil today visited Raj Bhavan here and presented a memorandum over Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi’s security breach yesterday in Congress ruled Punjab.

Speaking to media persons, CR Patil said: The Prime Minister’s route change information was conveyed to Punjab Police and Chief Minister. However this information was leaked and the road was jammed. When Prime Minister visits some state, his safety is responsible for the State government and its Chief Minister but here a conspiracy to make Prime Minister’s life in danger is smelling. The Prime Minister’s convoy had to stop for 20 minutes over a bridge. It was a place where there were some buildings located nearby. I believe that Punjab government and Punjab Chief Minister on instruction of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi did this and put Prime Minister’s life in danger. The Chief Minister of Punjab must resign immediately and Sonia and Rahul Gandhi must apologize. When Congress sees its defeat, it enters into such actions.’ DeshGujarat
