Gujarat govt signs MoU with POSCO-Adani Collaboration

Gandhinagar: A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the department of industry, government of Gujarat with POSCO-Adani collaboration here in presence of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel for setting up an integrated steel mill and other supporting unit with an estimated investment of Rs. 37,500 crore, creating direct and indirect employment for more than 3400 persons. The State government while sharing these details added that a five million tonne capacity steel plant with green energy concept will be operational by year 2026. MoU was singed by Karan Gautam Adani on behalf of POSCO-Adani and Dr. Rajivkumar Gupta for Adani group. DeshGujarat
