Rajkot: State agriculture minister Raghavji Patel declared in Rajkot that the farmers will get 40 percent aid on the purchase of android mobile phones instead of 10 percent.

It is decided to give financial aid on the purchase of mobile phones to encourage the farmers to use online services for selling, demanding aids, and payments via online mode instead of visiting e-Gram or other offices for help. The maximum financial aid of Rs 6000 will be given on the purchase of android phones. The aid will be provided as per 40 percent if the price of the phone is low. The cost will be considered Rs 15 thousand if it is high. The 7-12 certificate and the final bill of purchase will be required for making an online application for getting the aid. DeshGujarat
