Gandhinagar: Gujarat has recorded 12,911 fresh covid cases in a day against recovery of 23,197 covid patients and deaths of 22. There are now 1,17,884 active cases in the State including 304 on ventilator support. Fresh cases recorded in cities in a day; Ahmedabad 4405, Vadodara 1871, Rajkot 1008, Surat 708, Gandhinagar 364, Bhavnagar 233, Jamnagar 172, Junagadh 15. Over 2.13 lakh doses of covid vaccines were administered in a day, taking the Statewide total so far above 9.71 crore.
