The state governor Acharya Devvrat has summoned the budget session of the state legislative assembly from 2nd March at the assembly hall in Gandhinagar. The state finance minister Kanu Desai will present the budget on 3rd March.

The budget session will continue for about a month in which the discussion about budget, supplementary demands and passing government bills etc business will take place.

The discussion on Governor’s address will take place for 3 days. Discussion on the budget will be take place for 4 days. The government bills will be moved and passed for 4 days and supplementary demands will be discussed for 2 days. The state finance minister Kanu Desai will present the budget for the first time in the state assembly. DeshGujarat
