Approval to Rs. 739 crore development works in Ahmedabad and Jamnagar

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has granted in-principle approval to infrastructural development works worth Rs 739 crore in Ahmedabad and Jamnagar municipal corporations. It covers 238 infrastructural development works worth Rs 736.10 crore under Swarnim Jayanti Mukhya Mantri Shaheri Vikas Yojana in Ahmedabad. The proposals for same were put forwarded by local bodies.
CM Patel has approved Rs 567.76 crore for 217 physical infrastructural development works in Ahmedabad, which include drainage, storm water drainage, STP sewage network, water distribution stations in various 7 zones, water line, borehole works, road resurfacing, thermoplastic paint application and so on.
CM Patel has approved Rs 162.84 crore for 19 works of social infrastructural development which includes hospital building, medical equipment purchase, community hall, covid-19 related ICU beds, oxygen generation plants, Urban Health Centres, and so on. Rs 5.50 crore is allotted for 2 urban mobility works from Swarnim Jayanti Mukhya Mantri Shaheri Vikas Yojana.
CM Patel has approved Rs 2.72 crore for infrastructural development works in Jamnagar municipal corporation which includes storm water drainage works in ward no 15 green city area of the city. DeshGujarat
