Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2022 unlikely to happen now

Gandhinagar: The state government has decided to cancel the Vibrant Gujarat Summit this year, it is learnt. The decision has been made amidst the situation of Ukraine-Russia War. Russian Prime Minister was one of guests in the summit.
The 10th Vibrant Gujarat Summit was going to be held from 10th to 12th January 2022 as per the original schedule but it was later postponed due to the situation of covid-19 pandemic. The decision of postponing the summit was made on 6th January in a review meeting chaired by CM Bhupendra Patel in larger interest of the citizens.
The government had later planned to hold it anytime prior to monsoon. The state government was mulling an option to hold the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2022 on 1st May- the foundation day of Gujarat state. DeshGujarat
