Gandhinagar: Pradipsinh Vaghela, General Secretary of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Gujarat today in reply to media queries stated that several Congress MLAs have contacted BJP in order to join it.

Vaghela on the sidelines of induction function of several Congress leaders from Surendranagar district to ruling party said, those social and political leaders who have created their own identity through hard-work are welcome to approach BJP and join the party.

Vaghela in his interaction with media at State BJP headquarters Shri Kamalam here said the State BJP has under the leadership of CR Patil gone undefeatable, be it assembly by-polls, district-taluka panchayat elections, civic polls or over 300 cooperative elections concluded in recent past.

On Khodaldham Trust’s Nareshbhai Patel’s possible political debut, Vaghela said he is a leading person active in social and religious activities but his decision on whether to join politics would be his own. He has not made it clear what he is going to do. DeshGujarat
