Botad: A local criminal from Botad Siraj alias Siro don alias Don Hussain Khalyani Botadwala allegedly threatened a VHP leader Mahendrabhai alias Munnabhai Mali for removing the loudspeakers from Hanuman mandir by telling that he will face the same consequences as Kishan Bharwad.

Botad police nabbed the accused Siraj after a complaint was lodged at Botad police station on 7th May by Munnabhai Mali. The accused had allegedly abducted him in a Swift car without number from Nagalpar darwaja at around 3 pm on 5th May and threatened to kill him. The accused Siro don has a criminal history.

The accused allegedly threatened Munnabhai by saying after abducting him in the car, “You have installed loudspeakers on Hanumanji Mandir in the village. Remove them, or else you will face the same consequences as Kishan Bharwad. What can you do to us? You won’t be able to do anything to me if I abduct you by car. We are watching you all.
