Botad: Local administration has started bulldozing the illegal constructions of Siraj Hussain alias Siro Don. An illegal construction in Siraj’s farm house at Mohammadnagar, located behind Pathanvadi was bulldozed today completely. The construction was a single-story one. Police had accompanied the local administration during the bulldozing action.

According to a local official, the illegal construction was set up by Siraj on government’s padtar land. He was served notice which was not replied by him. Thea administration finally acted against his illegal construction under the section 202 of Revenue act.

Siraj alias Siro Don alias Don Hussain Khalyani Botadwala is accused threatening businessman and VHP leader Mahendrabhai Laljibhai Mali alias Munnabhai Mali. Threatening to kill Munnabhai from his numberless car, Siraj Don said, “You will face the same consequences as Kishan Bharwad.” The incident took place on 5th May 2022. A complaint in this regard was lodged by Munnabhai Mali at Botad police station on 7th May 2022. The Botad police took further action and the accused was nabbed. The accused Siro Don has a long criminal history and complaints have been registered against him for several offenses in the past.
