Rajkot: Gujarat BJP president CR Patil will hold a meeting today in Rajkot with all district presidents and in-charges of the party from the Saurashtra region to make PM Narendra Modi’s programme scheduled at Atkot village of Jasdan on May 28, 2022, a grand success.

The prime minister’s visit has been scheduled to inaugurate the 200-bed hospital built by the Patel Seva Samaj Trust at a cost of Rs 40 crore, and the planning is that there should be a crowd of at least 2 lakh people for the function.

C R Patil is also planning to launch his ‘One District One Day’ programme in all the districts of Saurashtra region and this matter too will come up for discussion in the meeting to be held today.

Patil’s ‘One District One Day’ programme is not only aimed at taking the party’s message to the cadre but also to the people of the districts in general.

Recently, Patil had organised ‘One District One Day’ programme in Surat which was attended by district party presidents from all over the state. The same model will be applied to organise the programme in every district of the state. The ‘One District One Day’ programme consists of a road show, cadre meeting, meeting with intellectuals and a public meeting.

The programme also aims to pacify dissident party leaders as well as inactive cadres and ensure they also cooperate in the party’s poll campaign. DeshGujarat
