Junagadh: The court has ordered to transfer a criminal from Junagadh to Rajkot Jail after other prisoners of Junagadh Jail filed a plea in the court for not keeping him in Junagadh Jail.

Junagadh police had nabbed Mohsin alias Holehole Firoz Malek (age 28) around three days ago for demanding ransom from a merchant. He was going to be sent to Junagadh jail under judicial custody. However, other 10 to 15 prisoners at Junagadh jail filed a plea in the court stating that their lives will be at risk if he is kept at Junagadh jail. He is involved in over 20 crimes. The court accepted the prisoners’ demand and transferred him to Rajkot jail. DeshGujarat
