Owaisi in Surat says AIMIM will contest all seats in Gujarat polls

Surat: AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi said while addressing a public assembly in Limbayat in Surat that they (AIMIM) will fight the state assembly election in Gujarat from every seat.

AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi addressed a public assembly after visiting Khwaja Dana Saheb Dargah during his Surat visit on May 22. He said that he is ready to fight for minority rights till the end. He said that the party will contest the state assembly election from a maximum number of seats. He said while talking about the Gyanvapi case that he had stated at the time of the verdict of Babri masjid that the verdict is not fair because many similar issues will arise after the verdict. He added that the Muslims and Hindus had gathered and made a contract about Krushna Janmasthal in Mathura in 1968. The muslims had given a large land at that time and the mandir was built on it, he said.
