Sabarmati: An unknown person sent messages to the AMC officials from a mobile number in the name of Amdavad mayor Kiritkumar Parmar, states AMC in a note.

Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) states in a note that the messages sent from a mobile number 7579323482 to the AMC officials in the name of mayor Kiritkumar Jivanlal Parmar, using language unsuitable to the dignity of his position, are not sent by him. The messages are baseless and the mobile number is not linked to the mayor Kiritkumar Parmar in any way, states the note. The note appeals to not to reply to any messages sent from this number and not to do any financial transactions or conversations.
