Six from Gujarat held for illegally entering the U.S. to be sent back

Gandhinagar: The 6 intruders from Gujarat, found illegally entering the USA, were unable to reply in English when the judge of a court in the USA asked them questions, despite their score being found 8 bands in an IELTS exam.

The 6 persons, based from Gujarat, were found crossing the Canada-America border by boat via Saint Regis river on 28th April. However, the boat started to sink after entering the USA. The local police arrived and rescued them. The 6 persons had given IELTS exam conducted through a religious organization run institution of Mehsana. Other 221 persons have also given the IELTS exam through the same.
It was found that the 6 intruders namely Amit Patel, Dhruv Patel, Nil Patel, Urvesh Patel, Savan Patel, Darshan Patel, had scored 8 bands in IELTS. They were sent to the USA via an agent named Bharat alias Bobi Patel. An American Citizen named Bryan Lazor helped them cross the border by boat, as informed by the officials from the USA on 5th May.
They had to take help of a translator during an inquiry in the court. The New York district court ordered to send them back to India after completing the process.  DeshGujarat
