Palanpur: Banas Dairy started the seedball plantation drive in Banaskantha from Gabbar hill at Ambaji.

Banas Dairy Chairman Shankarbhai Chaudhari started the campaign from Gabbar hill at Ambaji. He performed puja of seedball and puja and abhishek of Gabbar hill on this occasion. The members of various milk unions and employees of the forest department will plant around 25 lakh seedballs during 3 days in Banaskantha district. The seedball plantation was done in the Gabbar area at Ambaji by forming 8 teams.

Banas Dairy will produce 1 crore seedballs and give them to the forest department within a year. The drones will be used to plant seed balls in remote areas which are difficult to access. The seed balls are produced by installing the seeds of various trees in the balls formed from cattle dung. DeshGujarat
