Gujarat govt likely to hand over old court building in Kutch to Belur Math

Bhuj: The state government is likely to hand over the building of the old court in Gandhidham in Kutch to Belur Math, the headquarters of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission.
Swami Vivekananda, during his second visit to Kutch, had stayed at the home of the then diwan. This place is located at the old court in Panchhatadi in Gandhidham at present. The process of shifting the old court started after the order of Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel, following the instruction of PM Modi. Bhuj Ramakrishna Math head Swami Sukhanandji informed that the head of Rajkot Ramakrishna Mission Nikhileshwaranandji and other saints recently met CM Patel for the same.
After the instruction of CM Patel, Kutch collector Praveena DK observed the old court building with saints of Ramakrishna mission. State government will hand over the building to Belur Math after allotting a grant and necessary repair work. Bhuj Ramakrishna Yuvak Mandal trusty Devendrabhai Dholakia had sent a detailed letter through email to the PMO requesting to hand over the old court to Belur Math. DeshGujarat
