Rajkot: The cyber crime police arrested a contractor from Surat, Bharat Vaghani(48) who allegedly called up the executive engineer of roads and building department in Rajkot seeking transfer of a clerk Kuldip by posing as BJP state president CR Patil. Vaghani had used the picture of CR Patil in the True Caller app and saved his contact name as CR Patil. Kuldip was reportedly harassing the contractors and outsourcing employees. An accused had identified himself as PA to Patil and then passed on the line to another person who identified himself as Patil.
