The principal of the school, Chandrashekhar Prakash Nikam along with the teacher, Mukesh Kashinath Chowdhury personally go in residential areas between 7 am and 9 am to convince parents to send their wards to their school. Fifteen minutes after arriving in school at 7 am, a group of 7 or 8 students go to different areas with a microphone in hand.

They educate the parents about all the facilities available at their school. They also provide uniforms, textbooks and shoes free of cost. Children are also taught how to use computers and their bank accounts have also been opened under the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana.
