Gujarat CM to dedicate four 66 KV substations

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will dedicate 4 substations of 66kV capacity each in Bharuch, Amdavad and Sabarkantha districts of the state on 26th June from Zaghadiya in Bharuch district.
The substations are made at a cost of Rs 32 crore. They will supply electricity to 24 thousand customers of 45 villages of Daskroi in Amdavad, Zaghadiya in Bharuch and Himmatnagar in Sabarkantha.
The Chief Minister will also perform bhumipujan of a 66-kV substation to be set up at Valiya in Bharuch at a cost of Rs 7.62 crore.
The state government has dedicated 22 electricity substations within last 20 days. There are 85 substations operating in Ahmedabad, 62 in Bharuch and 59 Sabarkantha at present.
