Two Pakistani fishermen, trying to flee in their boat, nabbed in Harami Nala

Bhuj: The Border Security Force (BSF) personnel on Friday nabbed two Pakistani fishermen who were in boat within Indian territory close to the Kutch Border. The BSF has been carrying out a search operation since Thursday on the India-Pakistan maritime border. The captured Pakistanis were identified as 20-year-old Saddam Ghulam Mustafa Hussein and 25-year-old Ali Kher Muhammad Baksh.

The Bhuj Border Guards had to resort to firing shots at two alleged fishermen who were trying to escape back to Pakistan from Indian waters. The BSF patrol party, which rushed to the spot yesterday after seeing the movement of some Pakistani boats in Harami Nala, had seized nine Pakistani boats from different parts of that place.

The Pakistani fishermen escaped unnoticed at that time and sneakily hid in a ditch area spread over more than 300 sq km. The Border Security Force (BSF) continued its search operation and cordoned off all the possible escape routes to Pakistan. Finally, when these two fishermen tried to flee, the BSF halted their escape by firing at them.

Meanwhile, the Indian Coast Guard-Okha Team reported another act of infiltration by a suspected Pakistani boat, found today in a maritime area bordering Saurashtra. This area connects India and Pakistan on the maritime border as well. The coast guard team had to fire shots at the boat to keep it from our bays. According to the information received, efforts were made by the Coast Guard to intercept the Pakistani boat, which was sailing under suspicious circumstances. But eventually they had to resort to firing as the boat wasn’t complying with the BSF’s security protocols and eventually tried to flee away. DeshGujarat
