Chief Secretary monitors progress of Anjar earthquake monument project

Anjar: Chief secretary of the state government Pankaj Kumar visited the monument of Vir Balak Smarak in progress in Anjar in Kutch.
The vir baal smarak is being built at Anjar in the memory of 185 chindren, teachers and other staff members who died in Bhuj Earthquake 2001. The monument building is under construction. A room is built providing the experience similar to earthquake with a simulator. The monument is being built at a cost of Rs 15 crore. It will have facility of garden, auditorium, museum, canteen and so on.
Chief secretary of the state government Pankaj Kumar also visited Sarhad dairy’s newly built plant at Chandrani.
