Vadodara: A Muslim minor man allegedly raped a Hindu minor female living in Manjalpur in Vadodara after enticing her for marriage.

The 16-year old Hindu female’s mother filed a complaint at Manjalpur police station. The minor Hindu female, studying in class 12, was found having suspicious talks with someone on call in December by her family. The family found that she talked to the accused Muslim man from Manjalpur. Her mother stopped her from going tuition due to the doubt. However, she escaped from the back door of the house without informing anyone in the family. Her family and relatives found her from Alvanaka late at night after searching for her. As per the complaint, she said that the accused minor Muslim man had trapped her and started blackmailing after having sex with her.

As per the complaint, the accused daily forced the Hindu female to have sexual relations with him after the start of her classes in June. The accused allegedly gave threats to kill her brother and father if she denied for sexual relations. The accused and the Hindu female started a friendship about 1.5 to 2 years ago. The accused had allegedly taken the Hindu female to his friend’s residence at Somatalav in June 2021, where he had sex with her for the first time after telling that he will marry her. He allegedly had sex with her again when she was alone at her home 5 months ago. Manjalpur Police have held the accused. DeshGujarat
