Bharuch religious conversion case: SOG arrest two more individuals

Bharuch: Two more people have been arrested in the case pertaining to unlawful religious conversion activities being carried out in Kakariya village of Amod taluka in Bharuch district, taking the total number of people arrested in this matter by the SOG police to 16.
The SOG police had earlier arrested as many as 14 individuals in an incident of religious conversion of as many as 150 people at Kakariya village. A court has rejected the bail petition of all these 14 individuals and they are currently being held in judicial custody.
The freshly arrested individuals are Sarfaraz alias Javid Khuji alias Javid Mufti Salim Hasan Yusuf Ibrahim Patel (resident of Achhod) and Ramiz Raja alias Owais Abdugani Abdulrahim Khanji (resident of Nadiad, Kheda district).
Both the accused used to arrange hand carts, food, clothes and medicines for the people converting to Islam and by promising money and employment for the financially challenged people of Kakariya village. DeshGujarat
