Surat: Karim Kajadiya, ex-husband of a married Hindu female living in Mota Varachha, allegedly raped her repeatedly after forcefully calling her to meet by giving threats of killing her father.

According to a complaint, the Hindu female lives with her husband in Mota Varachha in Surat at present. She had divorced her ex-husband Karim Hanifbhai Kajadiya living in Kalika plot in Morbi about a month ago. Her accused ex-husband had called her to meet on 20th July by giving threats to kill her father. Karim had made a voice call on Instagram after reaching near her home. He called her to meet him near the gate of the society by giving threats to show her pictures to in-laws and make them viral on social media. The accused then caught a rickshaw and took her to Ahmedabad with her 1.5-year old son in a bus.

He then forcibly raped her in Ahmedabad, Ajmer and at other places in hotels and guest houses. He then asked her to divorce her current husband by threatening to make her photographs viral on social media. He had given death threats to her if she would inform about it to anyone. Meanwhile, her husband filed a complaint regarding her missing. The female informed about the matter after returning Surat. They then filed the complaint at Amroli police station in Surat.
